At DD214Bids.com we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using our service you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you sign up and use DD214Bids.com:
- Account information: your name and email address
- Business profile information: your SDVOSB designation, NAICS codes, and the states you operate in
- Filtering preferences: to match opportunities more precisely, you may optionally provide additional details about your business. These include your Product Service Codes (PSC), the security clearance level your business can support, your CMMC certification level, whether your business holds an active ITAR registration, the minimum and maximum contract value you're interested in, agencies you'd like to exclude, and the categories of opportunities you'd like to hide (such as sources sought, forecasts, subcontracts, or sole-source notices). These fields are optional, and we use them solely to refine which opportunities appear in your daily brief
- Payment information: processed and stored securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details
- Payment fraud prevention data: at checkout, Stripe automatically collects technical and device information about you (such as browser type, operating system, IP address, and hardware characteristics) and behavioral signals to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions. This is industry-standard device fingerprinting performed by Stripe. We do not access or store this data ourselves
- Usage data: basic information about how you interact with our emails such as open and click data provided by SendGrid
