1. Service Description

DD214Bids.com is a subscription-based contract intelligence service that delivers daily email alerts of federal contracting opportunities to certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Contract data is sourced from publicly available government databases.

DD214Bids.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United States government or any federal agency.

2. No Guarantee of Results

DD214Bids.com provides contract intelligence and alert services only. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that:

• Any contract opportunity identified will result in an award to you
• All available contract opportunities will be identified or included in your daily brief
• Contract data will be free from errors, omissions, or delays
• Your business will win, qualify for, or successfully bid on any contract

Use of this service does not guarantee federal contract awards. Winning federal contracts requires your own business qualifications, certifications, proposal quality, and competitive positioning.

3. Eligibility

By subscribing you represent and warrant that:

• Your business holds a current and valid SDVOSB certification through the SBA VetCert program
• You are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business
• All information provided during signup is accurate and complete

You are responsible for maintaining your certification status. DD214Bids.com is not responsible for verifying your certification eligibility.

4. Subscription and Payment

• New customers receive a 60 day free trial; your payment method is collected at signup but not charged during the trial, and you may cancel before it ends without being charged
• After the free trial, subscriptions are offered on two billing cycles: $147 per month (monthly plan) or $1,470 per year (annual plan)
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Your subscription renews automatically at the selected billing cycle unless cancelled
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• By providing payment information you authorize DD214Bids.com to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the cadence of your chosen plan

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your account status will be set to Cancelled
• You will continue to receive daily briefs until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation
• Access will be discontinued at the end of the paid billing period

6. Profile and Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining accurate profile information, including your SDVOSB or VOSB designation, NAICS codes, PSC codes, states, and any optional filtering preferences you provide (such as clearance level, CMMC level, ITAR registration status, contract value range, excluded agencies, and the opportunity categories you choose to hide). DD214Bids.com filters and delivers contract alerts based on the information in your profile. Inaccurate or overly restrictive profile information may result in missed or irrelevant contract alerts. DD214Bids.com is not liable for missed opportunities resulting from inaccurate profile information provided by you.

7. Email Delivery

DD214Bids.com sends daily briefs to the email address provided during signup. We are not responsible for:

• Emails blocked, filtered, or delivered to spam by your email provider
• Failure to receive emails due to incorrect email addresses provided during signup
• Email delivery issues outside of our control

You are responsible for adding alerts@dd214bids.com to your contacts and marking our emails as Not Spam to ensure reliable delivery.

8. Data and Privacy

We collect your name, email address, business profile information, and payment information solely for the purpose of delivering our service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process payments through Stripe or as required by law. Contract data delivered through our service is sourced from public government databases and is not proprietary to DD214Bids.com.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software associated with DD214Bids.com is the property of DD214Bids.com and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission. Contract data sourced from government databases is public domain and not claimed as proprietary by DD214Bids.com.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DD214Bids.com and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to lost profits, lost contracts, lost business opportunities, or loss of data arising from your use of or inability to use this service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DD214Bids.com and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses including reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

12. Modifications to Service and Terms

DD214Bids.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

14. Free Trial and Subscription Pricing

New customers receive a 60 day free trial. Your payment method is collected at signup but is not charged during the trial period. You may cancel any time before the trial ends without being charged. After the free trial, your subscription continues at your selected plan ($147 per month or $1,470 per year) and renews automatically until cancelled.

We reserve the right to modify pricing for future signups at any time. Any change to the price of an active subscription will be communicated to you in advance, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
